Anxiety caused my apnea!

sorry for English :

I have been struggling with panic attacks and anxiety for the last 2 months. heart palpitations I experienced caused health obsession. As I felt my heart more, irregular heart palpitations began to increase. I couldn't even breathe properly because of the stress. I woke up a few weeks ago with a feeling of drowning from sleep(2 times) But I did not care, and I thought about the reason for this as a dream. As hypocondriac, when I find out that this is sleep apnea, I cannot describe the panic attack I had. I did not sleep 36 hours with the fear of dying in sleep. And I'm still afraid to sleep. I have never had any symptoms of sleep apnea. But I agree that I am currently experiencing sleep apnea. If there were any obstacles in my nose, I would experience these symptoms for years. But this is a sudden development. I suspect central sleep apnea. But its sudden development makes me suspect. I still have doubts in my mind. There are some questions I would like to ask:

  • is there something like "temporary sleap apnea"? -Can anxiety cause sleep apnea? -Can apnea appear suddenly? (instead of gradual)
  • If we cure anxiety, can we destroy sleep apnea?

I think my sleep apnea is definitely related to stress and anxiety. I even have an idea that it may be temporary. My brain has forgot to breathe temporarily because of the stress I have experienced but I think I can beat it. What I wrote may not seem scientific, obviously I couldn't find much data on central sleep apnea.
