I wanted to see if i should bother to give those methods a try.
Most of my (mild) AHI arises from sleeping in neutral on back position and really the problems i have with sleep are frequent spontaneous arousal . Sleeping on my side doesn't seem to alleviate them so i was wondering if i should try sleeping face down but i always ended up worrying that i might break my neck or something and its too uncomfortable for me so i always end up quitting, nevertheless does sleeping on your front or sitting up do anything for you guys? is it worth to attempt despite how uncomfortable it is?
